Plans are afoot to seek rezoning of the parcel at 15605 W 32nd Ave as a new Planned Development (“PD”). Home to an LDS church for decades, the property was previously rezoned for a senior living community, ranging from independent apartments to nursing care

Construction at Clear Creek Crossing continues. The Primrose School is now hiring and enrolling, according to its website, and construction of Bonfire Burritos is well underway. Development of “The Lookout” is also moving forward.
