Next Up at Clear Creek Crossing
Construction at Clear Creek Crossing continues. The Primrose School is now hiring and enrolling, according to its website, and construction of Bonfire Burritos is well underway. Development of “The Lookout” is also moving forward. According to the developer’s website, the Lookout will have a Prost Brewery and biergarten with German-inspired beer and food; the Agora “dining collective” will include a Gastro Pub, an Italian deli and pizzeria, ice cream and juice stand, raw bar and cocktail lounge, and an indoor Irish golf simulator bar.
A third building will house HashTAG by Chef Troy Guard. The Lookout will also include the only park in the development with an agriculture-themed playground, community game lawn, fire pits, and a small amphitheater with a stage for live and film events.
On the east side of Clear Creek Drive, expect a Birdcall chicken sandwich chain, Bank of America, a 119-room Home 2 Hotel, and Dave and Busters. Opening dates for these businesses have not been publicly disclosed. A “planned development” plan covering the area has previously been approved and we are not currently aware of any public hearings related to the buildout.
